On 12th March, Carole Pemberton will be talking at the Association for Coaching Global Conference about the experience of developing Talent Coaches at RBS during a time of acute business turbulence.
In partnership with Debbie Liles Development Coach for RBS, they developed a programme which has delivered a development experience for the coaches that is being valued by coachees as a sign of the organisation’s commitment to them.
In this session which will also include input from Senior Manager Stuart Wilson, they will describe the context, the programme and its impact.
