Carole Pemberton - career coaching

Has worked with individuals and organisations on issues relating to career leadership, career performance and personal development since the late 1970’s. Working with groups as diverse as fast track graduates and security industry managers, from first appointment to Chief Executive and in sectors ranging from universities to high street retailers. She established Career Matters in 1997 and has subsequently launched Coaching to Solutions to specifically focus on the coaching managers.

Carole Pemberton is an associate of Henley Management College and a faculty member of the Academy of Executive Coaching and contributes to their advanced coaching programme and leads a manager as coach programme.

Carole Pemberton has been involved in research, writing for professional, academic and popular publications, for four years she wrote a regular newspaper column for The Guardian on people issues in organisations.

Carole is accredited as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the only global coaching organisation in the world the ICF. She holds the advanced diploma in Executive Coaching of the Academy of Executive Coaching, has an M.A. in education, is a qualified careers counsellor, and a Fellow of the CIPD.

Eileen Arney

Eileen is an executive coach who has worked as a senior manager at board level and as a senior civil servant. Eileen Arney has worked in a number of public sector organisations, including with civil servants coping with major change. She works regularly as a team coach at senior management and board level and uses psychometric instruments to help team members to understand how to work together effectively. She has also delivered intensive leadership development programmes. Eileen is a regular writer and commentator on coaching issues.

Monika Barnes

Monika is a respected work psychologist with a significant track record in leadership coaching and top team development. Clients range from global businesses to entrepreneurial organisations mainly within the global media, entertainment and creative industries and other commercial service oriented organisations.

Andrea Brooks

Andrea Brooks is a theatre director and voice coach. She works powerfully with individuals who are wanting to increase their personal impact through finding their true voice.

Ann Lewis

Ann Lewis is a leadership and executive coach and a Human Resources professional by background. She holds the Advanced Diploma of the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Ann has a particular interest and experience in coaching individuals who have become derailed in their careers through her ‘Back on Track’ programme.

Jane Mann

Originally a Human Resources director, Jane moved into career and executive coaching through a postgraduate diploma in Career Coaching from Birkbeck College, University of London. Her experience includes improving talent management in private and public sectors, developing coaches in further education, introducing a fast-track leadership development programme in the police and developing women as leaders. She also works privately with individuals seeking to improve their career options.

Robert Pinder

Robert Pinder has been involved in leadership coaching and raising team performance for the past 16 years He has worked extensively across the private, public and NGO sectors on four continents. His particular interest is in helping executives move through to the ‘second-half’ of their career to integrate ‘hidden’ wisdom and experience to bring their whole self into the service of leadership excellence.
